The question is not how many it takes to change the bulb, but whether or not the bulb wants to be changed…
How many Calvinists does it take to change a light bulb?
None. God has predestined when the light will be on. Calvinists do not change light bulbs. They simply read the instructions and pray that the bulb will be one that has been chosen to be changed.
How many Charismatics does it take to change a light bulb?
Three, one to cast it out and two to catch it when it falls!
Climate Change

Life depends on the warmth of the sun being trapped by a layer of gases that surround the earth.
We now produce so much of these heat-trapping gases, that the layer is getting thicker, heating the world, changing our climate and threatening our way of life.
As the world gets hotter, the climate will change and some of the extreme effects we have witnessed will become more frequent, making our planet a more hostile place to live.
If we could see the gases, the causes of the problem would be obvious to everyone.
And if you could see the effect we are having on our planet you’d do something about it.
The solutions exist and it’s not too late to make a difference. But we have to act. Now. Today!

What Must I Do To Be Saved?
Our minister spoke last week about the Philippian jailer, and his famous word “What must I Do To Be Saved?” (Acts 16:30).
It got me thinking about how people actually become Christians. I know that there are people who believe that they are Christians, even though they are not really followers of Christ in the real sense – i.e. they have not gone through any conversion experience, or the “new birth” that is talked about in the new testament.
How can you explain to people who say they believe in Jesus Christ (and are therefore Christians) that the Bible doesn’t just mean believe, it means BELIEVE!
